Choosing a quality school age program is one of the most important decisions you will make. We take your decision seriously and are committed to living up to the important responsibility of caring for your child. To register, please submit this completed form below.

When your registration form is received, you will be placed on our priority contact list. We will call you regarding your child care needs. Prior to enrollment, the Center Director will schedule a time for you to learn more about the Thomas Center’s program (ie. mission/vision, curriculum, tuition cost, etc). The Director will review the Family Guide and any additional enrollment forms at that time.
