WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
Pass on the name, along with some basic information about the family you are referring to the Director who will take care of the rest. Please use the form below to refer a family or friend!
CONDITIONS**: Once the new family has been enrolled for a period of four weeks you will receive one of the listed incentives. Outstanding or past due balances do not receive referral incentives --both families' account balance must be current. Current family must submit referral form indicating referring family and referred family must indicated who referred them on their (pre-)enrollment application. This form is only for parents who are referring another family or friend. Families being referred must indicate who referred them on their individual/new application.
